Prior to joining Capitol Strategies Group, Mr. Murray worked at the California State Assembly as a Legislative Aide for Assemblywoman Catharine Baker. During his time at the State Legislature, he performed constituent outreach services, staffed the Assemblywoman on the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, and drafted talking points and fact sheets for the Assemblywoman’s speaking engagements. 

Mr. Murray initially studied at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California, and he later attended UC Davis, majoring in Political Science with an emphasis in American politics.
